Since I’ve found Kristen, I’ve found so much more meaning in life through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and community with other beautiful loving beings! I have joined her 12 week mindfulness series, breathwork for vitality, and most recently, a full day retreat with other wonderful leaders in Oviedo. Each experience with Kristen is somehow better than the last!

I had a wonder experience with the BodyInUnity Yoga Community. Kristen is an amazing person and she did an incredible job planning such a powerful retreat. I look forward to joining in on future retreats and events.

Wow !! Who knew that taking a yoga class could literally change your life! I signed up for a six month program at a time in my life when I really needed some direction. I had just lost my husband several months before and I was just sort of drifting. I wasn’t sure I could do it. I didn’t have the energy I didn’t have the commitment etc. This group of ladies led by Kristen encouraged me, stood beside me. We became best buds, and I learned what self-care really is. I highly recommend signing up for any of Kristen‘s programs or classes.

I attended a recent yoga retreat in St Augustine FL with Kristen and Dale as our host. I can't say enough about how amazing the weekend was with everyone who attended. Kristen and Dale made sure all our needs were taken care of so we could focus on ourselves and be in the moment with the yoga and meditation practices. It was a safe, loving environment to reconnect and share. I will be attending more retreats to learn more and more from this inspirational couple.

Learning to use my FeetUp trainer with Kristen from BodyInUnity Yoga School has been an extremely positive experience for me. The lessons were very thoroughly taught and all the poses were explained completely. The way the course was set up gave me a chance to go back and review and then ask questions. I gained body awareness in my trainer, more strength, balance and stability and I gained confidence that I can learn even more. Thanks Kristen for a great experience.
